Chimichurri Sauce



Yield: 1 1/2 Cups



1C Parsley
2 T Fresh oregano leaves
½ C Olive oil
3 T Red wine vinegar
2 T Fresh lemon juice
3 Cloves garlic
1 t Red pepper flakes
3/4 t Cumin
3/4 t Salt
½ t Black pepper

Method of Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender until fairly smooth.
